She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Banks and Myrtice Musselwhite Banks; her husband Horice Segars; and her siblings, Charles Banks, Margie Johnson, Hazel Starling, Eloise Horne and Joyce Hansen.
She is survived by: her son Keith; her daughter-in-law Teresa Segars; her grandchildren, Austin Segars (Kalanie Wilson), Blake, Lindsey Segars and Carley Segars; her sister Frances; and her brother-in-law Bill Mosley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the McGahee-Griffin & Stewart Chapel (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
