She was predeceased by: her parents, William Early and Callie Evans Campbell; her husband Hoyal Welborn; and her siblings, Ella Jane Campbell, Inez McElhannon, Christine Davis, Dessie Mae Griffin, Ernest Campbell, Howard Campbell and Roy Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Welborn (Janice) and Tia Sloan (David); her grandchildren, Erin Lonberger (Geoff), Taylor Welborn (Heather), Tanner Sloan, Tyler Sloan and Darian Sloan; her great grandchildren, Landon, Britton, Clayton, Mattie, Abigail and Hudson; and her sister Mary Ellen Pittman (George).
