He is survived by: his mother Helma Ramsey Smith of Winder, GA; his wife Adrienne Hutchins Smith; his children, Billy Smith, Jr., Cameron Lee Smith, Erin Laquan Hutchins, Christopher Levi Smith and Maylisha Quintae Stone; his siblings, Joey Smith, Phillip Smith, Johnny Ramsey, Spencer Smith, Willie Smith, Jeanette Geter and Patricia Richey; and his grandchild Jayla Smith.
