Betty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Standridge and Wynell Standridge; her husband Clyde Elrod; her son Ricky Allen; and her siblings, Hendon Standridge, Ray Standridge, Sue Buice and Susie English.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Martin (Jeff); her siblings, Frank Standridge, Louise Brock and Elizabeth Reeves; her grandchildren, Bobby Quinn (Jessica), Kassie Brown (Jeff) and Avery Martin (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Charleigh Brown, Willow Brown, Brigham Brown, Gunner Quinn, Elliot Quinn and Colton Martin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McDonald and Son Funeral Home (150 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home (150 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Silver Shoals Church (127 Silver Shoals Rd, Lula, GA 30554).
