She is survived by: her husband Junior Campbell of Lula; her children, Carolyn of Lula, Jerry Smith of Lula, Vickie of Lula, Tim Otting of Lula, Eddie of Lula and Gail Campbell of Lula; her grandchildren, Whitney, Jake Thompson, Josh Adams, Ethan Otting, James Ray, Hanna Bates, Kaitlin Otting, Mariah and Jaron Lanphear; her great grandchildren, Eloise, Lily, Hunter, Lexi, Colton and Carder; her brother Billy; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Bates of Lula and Ellen Bates.
