It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Weida Ray (Ludowici, Georgia), who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Millen Ray; and her son Cal Ray. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Whisman, Faye (Frank Yarbrough), Lynn (Ed Sherer) and James; and her daughters-in-law, Bertie Ray of Gum Branch and Darlene Ray of Hinesville. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
Social distancing and the wearing of masks are encouraged at the visitation as well as the funeral services.
