He was predeceased by: his son Jerry Rowe; his parents, Alfred Rowe and Annie Andrews Rowe; and his siblings, Douglas Rowe, Carroll Rowe, Earl Rowe, Maggie Buie, George Rowe and Thomas Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Rowe of Townsend; his daughter Missy; his son-in-law Gregg Amerson of Darien; his sons, David Harper, Jr. of Brunswick and Alfred Rowe of Townsend; his siblings, Pearl Young of Townsend, Mary Jane Rowe Poppell of Ludowici and Lloyd "Dank"; and his sister-in-law Earline Rowe of Townsend. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
