With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Nathan Patrick of Ludowici, Georgia, who passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Emmons. He is survived by: his son David Patrick (Talena) of Jesup; his mother Harriette Burns of Jesup; his close friend Phyllis Gaskin of Townsend; his siblings, Mary Spellings (Eugene) of Mercer, Tenn., Joe Patrick (Linda) of Augusta and Mike Patrick (Sandra) of Mercer, Tenn.; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh Adams, Nathan Vanderkarr Brooks and Finleigh Patrick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
