He is survived by: his children, Catherine Thrower (Chad), Amanda Thrower (Jeremy) of Houston, TX and Michael Owens (Katie) of Ludowici; his stepdaughter Tammy Allensworth (Ron) of Kernersville, NC; and his siblings, Shirley Rothell (Alva) of Cornelius, NC, Glen Thomas (Ginny) of Oklahoma City, OK, Richard Thomas (Kay) of Charleston, AR and David Thomas of Wewoka, OK. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
