She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Raath and Ethel Brown; her husband Christiaan Henri; and her grandson Lewis Finley. She is survived by: her children, Roux (Jeanne) of Jesup and Althea Finley of South Africa; and her siblings, Peter Raath (Chantelle), Ethan Raath (Teresa) and Stella Bosworth of South Africa. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
