She is survived by: her son Jonathan James Elder (Jaleshia); her grandson Josiah James Johnson; her sisters, Dr. Marva DeLoach-Peterson (Manning) of Richmond, California, Dr. Renee Woodard (Charles) of Rockville, Maryland, Toni White (James) of Porter, Texas and Min; her aunt Verdelle Davis of Ludowici; her uncle Clyde M. Boyd, Sr. (Helen); and her godchildren, Eula Reesey Brewton (Sean), Trenessia Carter and Antonio Chapman. She is also survived by three nieces, seven nephews, and a host of close relatives, friends.
