He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Parker, Jr. (Jim) and Lemma Victoria Wells Parker; and his sister Mary Ida Parker Tatum. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Parker of Thomson, Marianne Parker of Atlanta, Jack Eubank Parker (Sarah) of Savannah and James Gregory Parker (Debbie) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Kate Parker Routh (Will) of Vidalia, Jim Parker of Reidsville, Jessica of Savannah, Jackson of Savannah and Sam Parker of Savannah; and his brother-in-law Ryle Tatum of Statesboro.
Due to COVID concerns, no visitation or public service is planned.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Jones Creek Baptist Church, 69 Jones Creek Loop NW, Ludowici, Georgia 31316.
