She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hart Howard and Sallie Mae Zorn Howard; and her siblings, Olive Jenkins, Willis Howard, Morris Howard and Miriam Wheeler.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Salter; her children, Tina Salter and Howard Salter; and her grandsons, Dillian Morse of Ludowici and Jessie Morse of Ludowici. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Elim Baptist Church (6650 Elim Church Road Northeast, Ludowici, GA 31316). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
