He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Parker of Ludowici; his daughter Peggy; his son-in-law Robert Hahn of Ludowici; his son Frank Parker, Jr. (Crystal) of Ludowici; his siblings, Dorcas Pitts of Ludowici, Freddy Parker of Port Orchard, WA and Joe (BeBee Parker); and his sister-in-law Margaret Parker of Ludowici. He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
