Poppell, Sr., Bernard Luke "Bad Boy" Poppell, Tom B. Poppell, Barney F. Poppell, Emma Lee Howard Rozier, Ina Mae Poppell Thomas and Eddie Mae Poppell Young.
He is survived by: his son Robert Poppell of Ludowici; his stepchildren, Lamar Wildes (Kathy) of Haddock, Patricia Ann Burkett (Alviah) of Douglas and Patsy Cook (Ray) of Waycross; his sister Bobbie Poppell Ryals of Townsend; and his cousin George Poppell of Ludowici. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
