Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Fran" Tolliver of Ludowici; and his children, Jason Tolliver of Edgewater, MD, Justin Tolliver of Kent Island, MD, Jacquelyn Johns (David) of Bradenton, FL and Mark Marshall (Jini) of Boone, NC. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
