With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Phillips of Ludowici, Georgia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Heather Rotondo (Richard), Laura Shuman (Tony), Charles Lockard (Terri), Patrick Phillips (Rachell) and Bobby Mayo (Nicole); his brother David Phillips; and his sister-in-law Diane. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
