He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Matthew James Spivey and Kathleen Strickland Spivey; his nieces, Eva Elizabeth Lane and Reagan Kathleen Moore; his brothers, James and Billy Ray Spivey (Sharon) of Tabor City, NC; his daughters, Jennifer Spivey of Glennville and Casey Thompson (Jeremy) of Guyton; his grandchildren, Caleb Thompson, Lauryn White, Clairah Perry (Christian), Morgan Roy, Mark Roy, Dahlia Spivey and Bryan Spivey; his children, Hazel, Harmonie, Quintin and Liliana; his former wife Linda Parish of Conway; and also, Judy, Jerry, Tim and Jack. He was also cherished by friends, and 3 grandcats, mother of his children, and Nana to his grandkids.
