He was predeceased by: his parents, Walt Vining and Dot Vining. He is survived by: his fiancée Joy B. Smith of Ludowici; his children, Daphne Cole (Brent) of Owensboro, KY, Elizabeth Coble, Hailey Walker (Arnie) of Ludowici, Lorie Goarcke (Bill) of Jesup, Vickie Feko (Steve) of Philpot, KY and Bobby Coble, Jr. (Heidi) of Statesboro; and his siblings, Betty Jones of Midway, Katrina Daniels (Mike) of Eureka Springs, AR and Larry Vining (Kris Turner) of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
