He is survived by: his son Willie Lee Tennyson, Jr. (Lil Willie Jr.) of Stockbridge, GA; his grandsons, DeAndre R. Tennyson of Douglasville, GA and Damanian T. Tennyson of South Fulton, GA; his goddaughter Joey Tennyson of Union City, GA; his siblings, Sadie Sanders of Trenton, NJ, Mamie C. Johnson of Waynesboro, GA, Joann McNeil of Atlanta, GA, Delois Axen (James), Sarah T. Holmes of Augusta, GA, Issac Golmes of Forsyth, GA and James Holmes of Jacksonville, FL; his sister-in-law Diane D. Tennyson of Louisville, GA; his aunts, Myrt Brown of Bartow, GA, Pauline Brown and Odella Brown of Jacksonville, FL; and his friends, Marion White of Wadley, GA and Curtis Ellison of Waynesboro, GA.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 15, 2022, 11:00 A. M, Mount Pleasant C. M. E. Church, Bartow, Georgia with MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING.
