She was predeceased by: her parents, Pink Clayborn Holbrook and Ollie Mae Cooper; her husband Grady Irby; her children, Thomas Grady Irby and Shelba Jean Irby Reeves; her siblings, Eugene Holbrook, Martha H. Lamb (Mot), Lois H. Thigpen and Ann H. Salter; and her daughter-in-law Linda Ann Frey Irby.
She is survived by: her son Pinky Irby (Pam) of Louisville; and her siblings, P. C. Holbrook (Lynn) of Thomson, Roy Holbrook (Sarah) of Louisville, Charles Holbrook (Gail) of Thomson, Helen H. Williford of Gibson, Dorothy H. Kirby of Swainsboro, Christine H. Cash (Gus) of Stellaville and Wilma H. Tawney (Mickey) of Wrens. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
