He is survived by: his wife Joanna Davis Hinkins of Wadley, GA; his parents, Samuel R. Hinkins and Adell Bostic Hinkins; his sons, Tommy of Washington, Ellis Cooper, Theron Cooper and Marlon Cooper; his siblings, Ervin Hinkins (Angela), Steve Hinkins (Trish), Gary Hinkins, Angela Heggs, Rosalyn Hinkins and Diane Hinkins; his aunt Odelia Baker of Wadley, GA; and his grandchildren, Danequa Williams and Saneta Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
