With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Godbee of Louisville, Georgia, who passed away on December 1, 2020 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Godbee to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Allen Lamb and Estelle Moats Lamb; her husband G. W. Godbee; and her brother Allen Lamb. She is survived by: her siblings, William L. Lamb of Winter Park and Polly Williford (Frank) of Louisville; and her nieces and nephews, Jill Smith, Gwen Price, Tony Otis, Pat Miller, Karon Price, Larry Lamb, Waldo Lamb, Dennis Lamb and Terry Lamb.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed.
