He is survived by: his wife Hazel Louise Toliver; his children, Germaine (Heather), Kristy, Geremy (Cecily) and Kimberly Toliver; his grandchildren, Aniya, Aryn, Amaris and Aulani Toliver; his siblings, Theodore Jackson (Beatrice), Leo Jackson (Ethel), James Jackson, Jonnie Parks and Joyce Davis; his siblings-in-law, Queen Johnson (Jocephus), Gail Brown, Carolyn Brown, Regina Mackins, Gwendolyn Mackins, Ralph Brown (Jackie), Thomas Brown, Anthony Brown (Sandra) and Mary Ethel Ingram; and his aunts, Sally Johnson, Lucille Smith, Wilhemina Toliver, Rodever Toliver and Cora Lee Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
