He is survived by: his sons, Jerry V. Clark (Robyn) of Wrens and Joel B. Clark (Beverly) of Gainesville; his daughter-in-law Beverly Tiemersma (Doug) of Douglasville; his grandchildren, Anthony Clark of Keysville, Kimberly Clark of Keysville, Cameron Clark of Wrens, Will Clark (Lucy) of Wrens, Ansley N. Clark of Gainesville, Caden Clark of Gainesville and Payton Clements of Douglasville; and his siblings, Marian Peeler (Mac) of Wrens, Betty Clements of Jacksonville, FL and Fay Clements (Pat) of Douglasville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Robert and Sylvia played a huge part in getting the American Cancer Society Relay for Life formed in Jefferson County, which rose to one of the top-rated per capita fundraising counties in the nation.
