She was predeceased by: her mother Thelma Burke. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Edward Abell (Wendy) and Julie Mack (Keith); her grandchildren, Lydia, Molly Abell, Zachary, Alexandra, Kellan, Kane Mack and Judy Branham; and her siblings, Patricia Reidinger and Harry Burke.
After retirement, Peggy continued to be a lifelong supporter of organ donation.
