He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Culbreath Netherland, Sr. and Erma Davis Netherland; his sister Gwen Moxley; and his granddaughter Josi Anna Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ree Jones Netherland of Louisville; his daughters, Jone Netherland Salter (Alf) of Atlanta and Jan Netherland Blackburn (Steve) of Waynesboro; and his granddaughters, Anna Marie Blackburn and Sally Kate Blackburn of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. The wearing of face masks is required.
