She is survived by: her husband Dr. Dennis Thompson; her stepchildren, Adrian Thompson (Nicole) of Tennessee and Dwashon of Missouri; her grandchildren, Blanche Thompson of Missouri and Jamari Thompson of Tennessee; and her sisters, Irene Bivens McCall of Atlanta and Deborah Bivens Evans of St. Petersburg.
