Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret Mahany of Louisville, Georgia, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 91, on July 12, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Murchison Keever and Bess Leona Cozzens; and her husband Henry L. Mahany, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandsons, Ben Tapley, Charles Tapley, Donnie Evans and Caleb Johnson; her daughters, Linda Mahany Springer (Stan), Laura Susan Mahany, Leigh Mahany Johnson (Doodle) and Elizabeth Mahany Devine (Jimmy); and her grandchildren, Lindsay Mae Cobb (David), Jake Johnson (Daphne), Henry Johnson (Joanna), Ryan Johnson (Tom), Cara Tapley Cowart (Ashley) and Benson Tapley (Stacie). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church at 321 W 7th St, Louisville, GA 30434.
