She was predeceased by: her son Clarence Brown; and her siblings, Walter Brown, Ray Brown, Rufus Brown, Bobby Brown and Mildred Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Lester L. (Tammie) of Washington, Robert L. Brown (Cynthia), Annette B. Gilmore (Richard), Mary L. Best (James), Debby A. Graham (Milton), Lorenzo A. Brown and Janice D. Jackson; her brother Howard Hudson (Verda Mae) of Wadley, GA; and her sister-in-law Maxine Brown of Wadley, GA. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
