He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Garcia Padilla; and his son Leonel Cabrera Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Maria Cabrera Garcia of Augusta, Rose Cabrera Garcia of Augusta, Esmeralda Cabrera Garcia of Louisville, Elodia Cabrera Garcia of California, Jose Cabrera Garcia of Louisville and Juan Cabrera Garcia of Louisville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews & friends.
