He is survived by: his wife Sheila Johnson of Washington; his children, Larry (Carla) of Washington, Tanya Culpepper (Gregory), Derrick Taylor and Gregory Johnson; his siblings, Catherine Lewis, Rose Thomas (Freddie), Elizabeth Thompson (Benjamin), Barbara Ann Battie, Brenda Jackson, Linda Pearson, Carolyn Bostic, Sandra Stokes (Luther), Janice Peeples, Mattie Brown, Eddie Morgan (Hilda), Benjamin Wicker (Dolly), Melvin Peeples (LaVernae), Roy Peeples and Eugene Peeples (Twilar); his mother-in-law Mattie Mae Johnson; his stepmother Betty Peeples; his siblings-in-law, Rochelle Fleming, Joann Johnson, Diane Johnson, Christine Johnson, Adria Basley, Lyda Battie, Debra Jackson, LaVonne Culbreath (Adrian), Tony Johnson, Michael Johnson, Calvin Jackson and Danny Jackson (Sharon); his friend Kenneth Reeves; and also Leland Johnson (Denise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Graveside Services will be held Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2:00 P. M. at New Fleming Baptist Church Cemetery, Bartow, GA with mask and social distancing.
