He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Wortham of Swainsboro, GA; his stepdaughter Alesha Carrell; his stepgrandchild Najah; and his siblings, Katie Lane, Sam Nelson (Deborah) of Grovetown, GA, Willie "Billy" Nelson (Muriel) of Lithonia, GA and Larry Nelson of Louisville, GA.
