It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John L. Newsome (Louisville, Georgia), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Newsome and Mary Walden Newsome; and his siblings, Buddy, George Newsome and Kathryn Newsome.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Winters (Ron), Lewis Lee Newsome (Sandra), John Lewis Newsome Jr., Rebecca Wildes (Ty), Christy Denmark (Robert) and Donna Jones; and his sister Melissa Hooks (Douglas). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twelve plus great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
