With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iva Jean Bishop of Louisville, Georgia, who passed away on May 5, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Johnson and Sarah Pierce Johnson; her husband B. L. Bishop; her brother Billy Johnson; and her brother-in-law William "Bill" Toulson.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Stepp (Tony) of Louisville and Chris Bishop (Nancy) of Cornelius, NC; her sister Joyce Johnson Toulson of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Jordan Stepp (Pascal Cureton) of Athens, Jared Stepp (Disney Cuddington) of Lexington, SC, Kennedy Bishop, Addison Bishop of Cornelius, NC, Shelley Caudle (Clinton Parks) of Cornelius, NC and Jenna Cleotelis (Evan) of Winder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous cousins and extended family.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Louisville in her honor.
