It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Gamble Lockhart Rhymes of Louisville, Georgia, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gamble (Ike) and Rhodina Gamble of Louisville, GA.; her son Darrel Lockhart; and her siblings, Julia Mae Gamble, Lee Alice Segars, Willie Mae "Doll" Gamble and Jesse James Gamble.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Lockhart of Douglasville, GA and Karen Mobley (Reginald) of Loganville, GA; her granddaughter Anniah Jade Lockhart of Atlanta, GA; and her siblings, Clarence Gamble, Jr. of Louisville, GA and Rita Gamble of Louisville, GA. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
