George Raymond Brewton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Raymond Brewton of Louisville, Georgia, who passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Liz Brewton; his son Marc Brewton; his parents, Lloyd Brewton and Martha Brewton; and his brother Lloyd Clifford Brewton.
He is survived by: his brother Edward Brewton (Madelyn); his children, George Brewton (Samantha Cox), Robin Walker and Terri Degenhardt (Walter); and his grandchildren, Kellie Riddle (Kelly), Brooke Maner (Matt), Walker Watson and Amanda Degenhardt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Magdalene Episcopal Church's Brown Bethea Brewton Scholarship for students attending technical college. Donations should be made to the St. Mary Magdalene Outreach Fund.
