She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fraser and Margaret Lineberger Fraser; her husband Gerold H. O'Neal; and her siblings, Marie Nix, Paulette Smelley and Leonard Fraser.
She is survived by: her daughter Marsha; her son-in-law Larry Morgan of Louisville; and her granddaughter Niky.
