He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hall Smith; his children, Armanesia Smith of Louisville, GA, Donnie Smith, Jr., Vincent Smith, Michael D. Smith, Sr., Dewayne Hall and Kenyetta D. Hall; his brother Johnnie "Freeman" Smith (Jenny) of Roanoke, VA; his aunt Lenora Ivey of Washington; and his grandson David Smith, Jr.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
