He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyal Livesay and Virginia Grace Brown Livesay; and his siblings, William Drake Livesay, Linda Diann Livesay Lamb and Doylene Livesay Knight.
He is survived by: his children, Deina, Lance Spence of Louisville, Paul Livesay of Augusta, Jaclyn and Matt Justice of Swainsboro; his grandchildren, Harrison Spence and Harper Spence; his nephew Terry Knight of Abbeville, AL.; and his niece Debbie Daniel of Villa Rica.
