She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert Atkins, William "Bill" Middleton, Aurthor Lee Middleton, Jr. and Veronica Middleton Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Shakhanna (Damond Patrick) of Atlanta, Christopher Middleton (Kirsha) of Hephzibah, Damien Middleton (Trisitan) of Louisville and Jarvis Middleton of Lithonia, GA.; her grandchildren, Kyndall Hickson, Brylon Middleton, Kailee Middleton, London Underwood, Jakhadyn Whigham and Kaleah Middleton; and her sisters, Annette Middleton of Louisville and Mary Carter (Robert) of Louisville.

Graveside services will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 A. M. at the Louisville City Cemetery with mask and social distancing.
