He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Ellington Poole and Edna Pearl Cramer Poole; and his siblings, Leonard C., Maurice E., Robert Roy, Julian E., Braddy Eugene and Effie Pearl Poole Searcy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Purvis Poole of Louisville; his children, Tammie P. McNeely (Kelly) of Watkinsville and Christopher T. Poole (Mary Alice) of Winder; his grandchildren, Austin R. McNeely (Macy), Christopher Tyler Poole (Raegan), Kathryn, Sarah, Erin McNeely, Emmi and James Gaston; and his great grandchild Rush McNeely. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
