She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Wayne Coursey of Dellwood, GA and Thomas Lewis Coursey (Myra) of Newnan, GA; her siblings, Ruby Fagler of Dellwood, GA and Herschell Thomas Lamb of Pfafftown, NC; and her granddaughter Jessica GeorgeAnn Coursey of Tulsa, OK..
