She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Wayne Coursey of Dellwood, GA and Thomas Lewis Coursey (Myra) of Newnan, GA.; and her siblings, Ruby Fagler of Dellwood, GA. and Herschell Thomas Lamb of Pfafftown, NC..
