He is survived by: his mother Eva Lou Mills of Mitchell, GA; his wife Shirley Ann Mills of Keysville, GA; his children, Tynesha Mills (Mike) of Sandersville, GA, Charles Mills, Jr., Shanerka Wilcher, Sharica Nair (Joseph) and Brandon Mills (Yieka); his grandchildren, Stanquonesha Tukes, Xavion Mills, Charstaja Mills, Markaya Wilcher, Kalyn Wilcher, Brandon Mills, Jr. and Braydon Mills; and his siblings, Carolyn Wiley, Roosevelt Mills (Arleese), Evelyn Braddy, Mildred Lane, Jerry Mills, Diane Jackson (Melvin), Shirley Fleming, Troy Mills (Kathy) and Jimmy Gibson, Jr. (Louvenia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
