He is survived by: his brothers, Dale Blevens and Pete Blevens; his children, Kim Blevens (Vicki) and Beth Blandford (George); his grandchildren, Devon Blandford, Spencer Blandford, Gwen, Eric, Kyle Blevens, Alicia Laubheimer (Tony) and Michael W. Ruth; and his great grandchildren, Kali Laubheimer and Michael Ruth.
