He was predeceased by: his parent Colan Tapley; and his wife Darlene Tapley. He is survived by: his mother Judy Knicely Tapley of Louisville; his brother Ronald W. Tapley of Dayton, OH.; and his children, Andra Gurman (Jammie), A. J. Tapley, Jr., Travis Tapley and Jonathan Tapley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
