With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Tolson of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tolson and Harriet Ellmaker Tolson. He is survived by: his wife Joann Tolson; his children, Clay Tolson (Amy), Aaron Tolson (Lisa), Laurel White (Brian) and Holly Trivedi (Ro); and his grandchildren, Tessa Tolson, J. T. Tolson, Parker Tolson, Kate Tolson, Janie Tolson, Lil Tolson, Sam Tolson, Aline White, Ben White, Jon White and Tolson White.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church (316 N Bragg Ave, Lookout Mountain, TN 37350). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
