He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Blackwell of Loganville, GA; his daughter-in-law David Blackwell of Woodstock, GA; his brother Steve Blackwell; and also, Rick and Teresa Blackwell of Lawrenceville, GA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
