He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Matthew and Clara Inez Shelnutt (Shumate). He is survived by: his daughters, Loretta (Wally Brown) and Leslie (Mike Rink); his sister Carolyn Kilgore of Loganville; his grandchildren, Dewayne, Lindsey Rink, Madison Brown and Mason Brown; and his great grandchildren, Nora Rink and Hannah Rink.
